In/Out: A simple, breathing meditation
This is a 20-minute guided meditation that will support you in connecting fully and deeply with your breath. This is a very simple, but profound meditation technique that can help you access your most centered, peaceful, present state. This is definitely one of my most practiced meditation techniques, and one I return to in airports, during high traffic (eyes open, of course ;), and "on the cushion." This is a fantastic meditation for beginner meditators as it is gentle, simple, and easy to remember and use in your own meditation time. INjoy!
