Beyond traditional therapy, I help you hear the deeper SOUL-calling that's emerging from your now moment. Think of me, as your Spiritual Big Sis. Here to hold you, love you, remind you what is fundamentally true (and perhaps serve up some tough love to that human ego wanting to cling to it's hidden agendas 🤪). We might work with your Guides, your Higher Wisdom Self, or your Inner Child. We might talk to your body and listen for it's wisdom, or tap into your past to expose false beliefs planted long ago that are yours to unwind and rewire. But we will definitely, eventually, align you with TRUTH. >> That right where you are is on time and with a potent purpose. That you are not failing, you are not behind. Life is for you in every way, even whatever way is right in front of you. And there is definitely something greater that this now moment is calling you into, by Divine Design. << That's the fun stuff.
